A simple yet mouthwatering peach mango salsa that your family and friends will devour!

Salsa is a condiment that we all love and is so simple to put together. This salsa brings peaches along with mangoes to the mix to add more deliciousness and summer's juicy flavors. It's simple, quick to make and will be a hit during your next cookout or just a weekend brunch. I should know since my family completely devoured it in one go 🙂
Ingredients

To make this peach salsa, we will need
Peaches - You can use any yellow or white peaches you have on hand. Make sure the peaches are just ripe. Underripe peaches sometimes tend to be slightly bitter and you don't want that in your salsa and overripe peaches will tend to fall apart more easily.
Mangoes - Mangoes pair exceptionally well with peaches. They both have similar flavor notes and juiciness.
Tomatoes - Tomatoes again pair very well with peaches. You can use any variety of tomatoes. I used larger tomatoes on the vine and chopped them roughly the same size as the peaches.
Onions - Red onions add a sharpness and depth of flavor that counters the sweetness and tanginess of the fruits in the salsa.
Jalapeños - Jalapeños adds some mild heat and crunch to the salsa. I removed the seeds before chopping the jalapeños.
Lime juice and zest - Both add flavor and zest also adds a hint of lime fragrance to this delicious salsa. Please use fresh limes and not the bottled lime juice.
Fresh Cilantro - Use fresh finely chopped cilantro including the stems.
Chili Powder - I used a medium heat red chili powder. Choose any chili powder of your choice like ancho, chipotle etc.
Cumin Powder - I added a little bit of cumin powder for added flavor.

This peach mango salsa can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days. The flavors develop over time and you might find the salsa tastes even better overnight! I don't recommend freezing it though. I had to when I was testing the recipe since I had to go out of town before we could finish it. Unfortunately the texture does not hold up when thawed.
