Black Garlic Sauce
- 3 head Black Garlic peeled
- 2 tablespoon White Miso Paste
- 2 tablespoon Tahini
- 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 2-3 tablespoon Rice Vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
- ¼ teaspoon Fresh Ginger grated
Other Ingredients
- 1 lb Udon Noodles
- ¼ cup Green Onions chopped
- 2 tablespoon Sesame Seeds toasted
- Salt to taste
Place all the ingredients of the sauce in a small blender jar. Blend until all the ingredients are combined and completely smooth.
Prepare the noodles according to the package. Once the noodles are cooked, heat the wide pan and add the noodles along with the sauce. Add salt to taste and mix well.
Once all the noodles are coated with the sauce and warmed up, turn off the stove. Serve hot topped with chopped green onions and toasted sesame seeds. You can also top it with some sesame oil before serving.
